How do I get my questions answered?

While we no longer have Facebook groups due to the algorithm changes we regularly do live videos on our social media where you can come and get your questions answered. People in our paid programs always get 1st priority. If you would like your question answered live, please message Faith on social media to see where she will be live next and when.

Alternatively, you can also go on any replay or piece of content on any of our social media platforms, ask questions (make sure to tag Faith) and she will answer.

How long will it take me to complete the content?

The content itself is around 5 - 10 minutes per video. If you were to binge all the videos and not implement or experiment, it would take most people around 1.5 hours to do the essential training components.

Everything is neatly organized and color coded. If it has a green dot, this is an essential lesson that we recommend everyone does first. You may also see orange dots (these are extras to the basics) and the red dot lessons are for those who are more advanced or have a ton of time to spend on social media.

How do I know that this will work for me?

It is impossible to not get results in some form when you are a good person who works on building relationships. Connecting with other business owners and word of mouth is still the biggest method of sales for many business owners and it has withstood all the algorithm and social media platform changes. It may just take learning communication skills, tweaking the number of people that you are talking as sometimes you need quantity while you develop the skill.

What if I don't have a following or email list yet?

No problems! We are going to show you how you can build your audience FAST even if you are starting with nobody in the beginning. It just may take a little longer if you are starting from zero and may need more of a time investment to build than someone who is already established.

What if I don't have a course or program to sell yet?

Good! It is a mistake to create a full course or program based on what you 'think' people will want. First, we build an offer and sell it ... then we create the content. What we think people need is often what they want in the early stages. To make more money, we need to create what our ideal avatar is begging for.

Why is it only 90 days access & not lifetime?

We want to work with action-takers who just get in and get the work done so they are more likely to get the results. We have sold many courses and programs in our own business and have seen into the metrics of many other course sales in other businesses as well. If the person doesn't log in and begin implementation in the beginning 30 days of the course, quit often they never log in so the money is wasted.

A little lesson in pricing and access for you...

Many will say that if you charge more, people are more committed but we have seen so many quit high ticket offers as they had access for too long and they will do it later or "catch up". It is not charging more necessarily that helps people get results, it is time compression. Limited access makes it more likely people will log into your program as access is expiring. It also allows you to keep your prices down while creating a higher success rate for your clients.

Lastly, there are legal issues around saying "lifetime". LIfetime to the law means your lifetime which means you need to keep the course and program up for your life. If you get nasty humans they can go after you for a refund if you take that course unless it is clearly stated in your terms that it is the lifetime of the course with a time period that means i.e. max 1 year or 5 years.

Can't I just figure it out on my own?

Sure you probably can...eventually but if I am perfectly honest a lot of what I teach has come from high-level paid courses mixed with 15 years of experience so the information is not freely available all in one place. In fact of all the social media programs I have taken, this is rarely talked about as selling you hook cheat sheets and content calendars makes them more money. This program shows you the exact no-fluff steps to start conversations and even learn the pain points and words to use in your content.

How much access do I get to Faith in this program?

Faith is the head coach but at this price point, you will not have 1:1 messaging access to her. She is however constantly recording little videos to help clients out, on social media answering questions, supporting, and checking in with people.

However, if you send her a private message and you don't have 1:1 access included in your package, she will tell you to post it on social media. Questions asked on social media help everyone who also might have that question get the answer as well.

She will also bring in other coaches and experts in different areas that she believes will help you and that aligns with her 'simple, no fluff' methodology.

It isn't working for me, what do I do?

For some starting at the beginning or for those who need to work on their communication skills, it can take time to see the financial results. We recommend looking at the number of people who you are talking to i.e. if you have a $5k goal and are talking to 10ppl, it will take you a VERY LONG time to hit that goal for most. Start thinking in a minimum of 90-day blocks as it takes time for some people to know, like and trust you. Remember that it is a numbers game and not everyone is our person and that is ok. Know that some people may not become customers but they will comment on your posts which boosts its reach to others and they may in the future refer people to you. Don't burn the bridge for short term gain i.e. sales.

What if I don't like it? Do you offer refunds?

As you get instant access to our intellectual property, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This program is for ACTION TAKERS and for some starting at the beginning or those needing to work on their communication skills, it can take time to see results. No, we can not guarantee any results. The testimonials and case studies you see here are from clients who really dug in and did the work for an extended period. They were consistent and kept experimenting with different types of people until they saw results. Sometimes you just need a different audience and something suddenly pops off. If you want to faster results (especially if you want bigger financial figures) you will need to put in the work to engage with bigger numbers.

Some people may already have the audience and need to do less in the beginning and others will have to work harder as they are starting from scratch.

Sometimes results can take longer which can be for many reasons including the client is starting from absolutely nothing and has no business or communication skills which have to be built. Others may have no audience at all.
